Pick Up Policy
Local pick up is a option given at check out to help you retrieve your goods at a mutual convenience. This time frame is during business hours which are sent to you after your purchase is made.
The store is currently open Thursday-Saturday 11am-5:30pm unless you are informed otherwise. Same day pick up is available on operating business days during store hours only! In order to successfully pick up your purchase, please have a form of ID present. This is to help protect you and our business from fraud.
When choosing pick up or delivery, you have one week from order date to pick up or give delivery Instructions for your purchase. Your are notified within the first hr after purchasing to discuss timing that best fits your needs. 3 attempts will be made within that week. After one month, your item will be put back into stock for another customer to purchase. No refund will be issued.
